As work on REBUILDING PERMIT continued into the 2nd, 3rd, and somehow 4th year of the administration in question, I kept hoping desperately that it would become outdated and irrelevant.  ...Well, Dear Reader, we know how that turned out.  But here's this song -- which I only wish were even more savage.
